Youth Connections can help you by…
- Helping with the financial costs of your project (up to $1000)
- Working with you to fine-tune your project plan
- Offering suggestions for promoting your event
Youth Connections is a funding program that supports youth-initiated and youth-driven community projects in Winnipeg. If you’re excited about making a difference in your school and community, then you’ve come to the right place!
Youth volunteers can apply for a grant by filling out an application form and sending it in to the Youth Connections Council, the group of young volunteers who are responsible for making all of the grant decisions.
During the 2010-2011 academic year, Shaw United Way Youth Connections Grant applications will be accepted and reviewed based on the following schedule:
