After a successful media launch last week, Koats for Kids is in full swing for 2009!
As part of United Way’s commitment to helping children and youth achieve their potential, Koats for Kids has collected and distributed more than 136 000 articles of new and gently used winter outerwear free of charge to thousands of Winnipeg children and their families.
This year, the Koats program is expanding: if you’re interested in organizing a collection drive in your school, please contact us and we’ll let you know how to get started.
