In partnership with the Koats for Kids program, United Way Youth volunteers helped collect donations at the Festival De Voyageur opening ceremonies on Friday February 13th.
Koats for Kids is a seasonal program that runs from October through February, providing winter clothing to help thousands of Winnipeg children weather the season in warmth and comfort.
