On Tuesday November 4th, we’ll be hosting our annual Student Leadership Conference at Canad Inns Polo Park. Sponsored by Great-West Life, this will be a “by youth, for youth” experience, with workshops, guest speakers, and all kinds of activities that will get you thinking about the community we live in.
In the past, the response to this conference has been wonderful and we’re hoping it will be again this year. We’ll send you a detailed agenda for the day after you’ve registered.
(This conference has been known to fill up quickly, so please send us your registration to United Way before Friday October 17th.)

What time does the conference begin and end?

Good question. Registration starts at 8:30 and the introductory speeches start at 9:00. It’ll wrap up at 3:30 pm.
