If you’re a high school or university student in Winnipeg, here’s a great source of information for you to use when you’re writing your next essay.
United Way recently released Urban Reflections, a report that reflects what almost 3000 Winnipeggers said about social issues, quality of life, and personal involvement in Winnipeg. Those people contributed their thoughts and opinions through Urban Exchange, an advisory panel that is open to anyone who wants to participate.
You can click on any of the links below to see images from the report.
- What’s the Best Thing About Living in Winnipeg?
- How Do Panelists Identify Themselves? (cultural group/nationality)
- The Top 20 Social Issues in Winnipeg, according to Urban Exchange participants
You can download the entire report by going to MyCityMySay.ca .
If you haven’t had an opportunity to participate in Urban Exchange, it’s not too late. To get started, follow this link to the first questionnaire. Your responses will be included when we update the Urban Reflections report!
